Panic and anxiety attack happens when fear strikes us without warning, it can happen anytime anywhere. These are the symptoms when you are feeling, chest tightness, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, sweating which will make you feel like you are going insane and having heart attacks but in fact, panic attacks will not harm you.

You need to stop it immediately when it is still under control, easier to handle. Do not wait until it get worst. Take a deep breath, find a quiet place to relax your mind whenever you feel fear or anxious, do not force yourself just be cool.

You can also try to release your stress by writing blog, as a diary. It is a good way to blow out your emotion especially when you feeling down or depress. You can also go for some activities that you like such as catch up a funny movie, read comics, singing, dancing, gardening, washing your car or anything that you enjoy doing if you do not feel like talking to others.
